A Word about Party Time Slots

You can book parties on either weekdays or weekends.  Please keep in mind that weekends are the highest demand time slots, especially on Saturday.  For both Saturday & Sunday, we pretty much adhere to the following party time slots to maximize the use of our facility:

Our weekday slots are more flexible, and we can usually accommodate requests for customized time slots.  However, we can also accommodate customized time slots on the weekend subject to availability on the date requested. 
Recommendation
While we are a very popular facility in the greater Reno-Tahoe area, we can configure time slots based on our ability to meet your party needs.  It is a good idea to book in advance of a given date that you desire to guarantee a particular date/time, however we can provide last-minute options as well. 

How do I book a party/event at Jump Man Jump?

You can start by sending an email to us via the Contact Us link from the web site.  Please provide details such as contact info, desired date of the party, and the number of participants you expect to have.  Or if you choose, you can call us at 775-856-3226 to speak with someone about your party/event details.  If we do not answer the phone, please leave a voice mail.  We'll usually contact you on the same day, but definitely within a couple of hours.  Please leave a name, phone number, and a good time to return your phone call. 

We normally require a 50% Down payment at the time of the booking in order to guarantee a particular date/time, and the remainder of the balance outstanding is due 2 weeks before the party.  However, other arrangements are available on a limited basis.
**We no longer accept personal checks as a form of payment for parties**

How does a party work at your facility?


Here is a rough schedule of what you can expect when you have a 2-hour party at our facility.  Non-standard parties will be similar:

Arrival:  When you & your guests arrive at our facility you will be greeted by one of our friendly party hosts.  We will collect the party invitations with the Waiver of Liability & stamp all participants hands to indicate that a waiver has been processed.  All waivers MUST BE signed by the minor's parent or court-appointed legal guardian.

PRE-Jump Safety Instructions:  We'll take about 5 minutes to review the safety guidelines at our facility.  Everyone who is going into the jump area should have an idea of what to expect (like no flips) when using the equipment in our facility.

Jump Time:  All parties must have the Jump Time occur first, as we do not allow anyone to re-enter the jump area once they have consumed any food.  Once one person eats, the jump time is over for the entire group.  We have learned the hard way that people cannot eat & then go back out and play!

End of Jump Time:  We'll turn down your music selection to give you an audio clue that your jump time has ended.  It is time to gather the troops & bring them into the party room.  We then send out the next group to play in the jump area, so no re-entering the jump area once your jump time has ended.

Party Room Time:  It is important to understand that based on the number of people you have attending your party, you may or may not be able to do what we call the TRIFECTA:  Food, Cake & Presents.  If you are running short on time, you'll need to forego opening presents.  It is best to assume that it will take a minimum of 20 minutes to open presents with 10 kids in attendance.  Due to previous scheduling, we cannot allow parties to go over their time limit.  You will incur extra charges if you go beyond your designated end time.  We have party room hosts to help you stay on your already tight time schedule, please use them to help you when you need it!

All 2-hour Parties for only $240!
  • Price includes 15 children
  • $5/Minor for extra kids
  • Minors include "Walkers" through Age 17
  • Headcount determined at the end of the Jump Time
  • Extra fee to be collected on the day of the party via cash or credit card only
  • Price includes Jump Time, and party supplies (listed previously) - Think of it as renting a "Private Hall" for on you & your guests; much like a rental fee
  • Up to 90 minutes of jumping that is for your private & exclusive use
  • Minimum of 30 minutes in the party room
  • We do all of the set up & clean up!
  • Party invitations included! 

On a Tight Budget?

We feel your pain!  We know that you want to make the event special, but are sometimes constrained by your finances to make an event memorable.  Well, we are here to help!  We want to offer the following suggestions:

1.) Open Jumps:  You can have a party by including a stop at one of our Open Jump™ sessions.  While our party packages are priced for EXCLUSIVE use of the entire facility, if this is not an issue for you, then you can certainly make a stop at Jump Man Jump during an Open Jump™ session as part of your party plans.  Please keep in mind that a waiver MUST BE signed by the minor's parent or court-appointed legal guardian in order for them to play at our facility.  Cost is only $5/minor.

2.) Open Jumps + Party Room Rental:  If you want to cut the cake & open presents at our facility, then we can certainly host that portion of your event at our facility in a private party room during an Open Jump™ session.  You get the party room for 30 minutes.  We'll provide all of the party supplies (tablecloths, paper plates, cups, napkins, & forks), plus all the set up & clean up!  Costs/availability do vary, and reservations are REQUIRED for this option.   Cost is $5/minor for the Open Jump admission, and then $60 for the party room where we take care of all of the party supplies, set up & clean up, you only need to supply the cake and/or food.

3.) One-Hour Jump Option:  If you want to do an event, but want a PRIVATE JUMP-ONLY event, we do have a one-hour jump-only option (no food).  If you have a group of folks that want to play on the weekend, then get them together for our one-hour jump at $130 for the first 15 people jumping, which does include EXCLUSIVE use of our entire facility!  While we get many calls asking if we have Open Jump™ sessions on the weekend, we currently do not offer them, but this is a great alternative!

4.) Scheduled Payments:  If the price of the party seems too large in "one chunk", we offer the opportunity to make scheduled payments over a period of time to accommodate your financial situation.  Please keep in mind that we must have 100% of the party payment 2 weeks prior to the event.  We've had people make $25 payments every-other-week over a months to make the party cost work  --  We are flexible!

5.) Combined Parties:  You can certainly team up with other families to have JOINT birthday parties.  Please keep in mind the limitation of the number of people in a given party room is 40.  If you have 50 or more, then we can certainly rent the ENTIRE facility so the combined total can be ~90 people!  This is a great alternative to split the cost of our facility with multiple families.

6.) 90-Minute Party Option:  This package is identical to our 2-hour party package, but it only includes 60 minutes of jump time.  For the budget-minded, this option may work for you at $190 for a 90 minute party. 

What We Can Offer when Money is not a Concern
FULL SERVICE Party Arrangements

If you do not wish to worry about any of the details of your party, we can certainly make the necessary arrangements of all of the finer details for your party.  This does require advance notification of at least 2 weeks in order to give us enough time to make the necessary arrangements.  From party favors, to food delivery, to music selection, to custom party decorations, we can do it all.  Call us for pricing/details as this option is continually changing based on the demands of our customers.   We know that you are busy, but you also want a great event and we can certainly be mindful of all of the details so you don't have to!  This option is a choice if price is truly not a concern! 
 Want your event photographed?

We know that your special event will generate fantastic memories, but do you want those memories forever captured in a photograph?  We can provide digital photographic services for your event, and would be happy to make those arrangements.  Towards the end of your party, we will transfer the digital photos to a CD to take with you.   Be sure to book your party photographer early to ensure availability!  An extra cost of $40 does apply.

Want more than 2 hours for your party?
Extra time is available, but must be booked in advanced and is subject to availability & scheduling around other events.  We can make arrangements for parties of any desired length....3, 4, or even up to 8 hours.  Special pricing for parties of more than 2 hours does apply. Group Events
Special Groups such as Sports Teams, Church Youth Groups, Play Groups, Singles Groups and Corporate Events:  Please call us for Special pricing & options. Prices/times are flexible depending on the size & day of the event.  This is a custom event, and we can design a great agenda to accomodate your needs.


Notable Notes
Our Facility Rental Agreement contains more Terms & Conditions, but we wanted to publish what our CANCELLATION policy is before you book a party with us so you have an opportunity to understand the parameters:

Cancellation.  Lessee may cancel the Facility Rental Agreement up to 18 days prior to the Rental Date and Time; providing written notice is provided to the Lessor at the premises.  Lessor agrees to refund the rental deposit, minus any incurred costs (example: party favors, customer party decorations) within 30 days of cancellation. In the event that the Facility Rental Agreement is not cancelled in accordance with this cancellation policy, the Rental Deposit and any other payments received shall be non-refundable.  Rescheduling of parties due to unforeseen circumstances is subject to the dates/times that are available upon rescheduling. 

Need Alternatives to Jump Man Jump?

We know that when you are faced with last-minute decisions regarding birthdays, our availability can be an issue.  Call us to help you develop a plan to make your event happen!  We've been locals to Reno for a number of years, and with 3 kids of our own we have done everything possible in the local area, regardless of the time of year.  We know that you need to find an active solution for your energetic kids, let us help you find the perfect solution to your party problem.  If you call us & we have no availability, we'll help you locate a venue suitable for your event. We want to take care of you as a customer even if you do not book an event with us. 
The Fine Print

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, THERE ARE SOME THINGS WHICH MAY NOT BE BROUGHT TO JUMP MAN JUMP.

THE FOLLOWING "THINGS" ARE RESTRICTED. (This includes the parking lot)

  3. Confetti or confetti poppers
  4. Silly string
  5. Bats or Sticks for Piñata (please use the string type piñata)

Now available at Jump Man Jump, you can order Party Trays through us, and we'll take care of the details!  We have partnered with Scolaris at Mira Loma & McCarran to provide some fantastic choices of Party Trays (images coming soon!).  Choose any of the trays below, and it will be available on the day of your party at Jump Man Jump.  

You can fill out the Party Tray Order Form, scan it, and send it to us in email at info@jumpmanjump.com.  Be sure to specify the date/time of your party at Jump Man Jump with the order form.  If you would like to fax it to us, please call us first at 856-3226; we have to be in the office to receive faxes. .
