Q.  How long has Jump Man Jump been in business?
A.  We opened our doors in March 2003, the first Indoor Inflatable business in Nevada, and one of the first in the entire country.  We are locally owned & operated, therefore we can cater to the needs of our customers much better than national franchises.
Q.  Why do people like having parties at Jump Man Jump?
A.  We ask our customers why they like our facility, and their answers are as follows:

+ Safe  -  You have exclusive use of our entire facility during your party.  You will not be co-mingled with people you do not know during your entire party like you would at other local venues; no strangers.
+ Clean  - They like our facility because it is clean.  We take pride in our clean facility.
+ Service  -  Our customers very much appreciate the service that is provided here from the time the party is booked until the party has completed, we provide outrageous service throughout the entire process.
+ Inflatables  -  Our inflatables are in great condition, and we routinely service/clean them.
+ "Try before you buy"  -  If you are considering a party here at our facility, we invite you to come during one of our Open Jumps as our guest to inspect the facility prior to booking a party.  We feel that once you & your child get a chance to try our facility you will be convinced that this is truly THE BEST party venue in Northern Nevada.

Q.  Is there minimum number of children required to have a party?

 

 


A.  No.  We’ve designed our parties to accommodate the size of classes in the area, setting a maximum.  You determine the number of children you wish to invite.

 


Q.  How large of a group can your facility support?

A.  Our occupancy limits have been established by the Reno Fire Department.  Parties are limited to a maximum of jumpers/guests.  

    1.) Jumping only events are limited to 130.

    2.) For jumping events plus time in the party rooms, we  have a limitation of 40 people per party room, or ~80 people total for both party rooms.

For parties where both party rooms are required, please call us for special times/pricing.


Q.  Do I get to choose the pieces for our party?

A.  Yes.  Inflatable Group #1 is designed for ALL ages while Inflatable Group #2 is designed for 8 and older.  However, children who are athletically inclined AND at least 3.5 feet tall may choose either slide and 2 other pieces for their party.


And as of March 2010, we now have a new piece of equipment called XBOX KINECT that can be used as one of your choices.


Q.  Can we rent every piece of equipment?

A. Of course.  When you book your party we'll let you know your various options and cost.

 


Q.  Are adults permitted to play?

A.  Yes.  Adults are permitted (and expected) to play if the party Host/Hostess wishes for them to play.  However, we do have a 250 pound weight limit on all pieces of equipment, and our new Climb 'N' Slide has a 200 pound weight limit.


Q.  Why do you require a waiver of liability and assumption of risk?

A.  We believe you should be informed that there are hazards and risks associated with this type of play.  The Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk provides this information.  Your signature acknowledges that you understand that accidents and injuries can happen and that you knowlingly accept the risk for yourself, and/or your children.

 


Q.  May we bring in our own food?

A.  Yes.  But, we do not allow any "Open Flame" serving.  Also, all food is to be served after the jumping and only in the party room.  No bar-b-ques in the parking lot either.  Please remember, once participants start eating, we shut down the jumping for the entire party.  We don't allow children to eat then return to jumping, as through our experience we have found that their tummies cannot handle food + jumping.

 


Q.  Why don't you allow children to return to jumping after eating?

A.  We learned the hard way that children jumping with full bellies is NOT a good idea.  Food doesn't always stay in the stomach.

 


Q.  May we serve "Adult Beverages"?

A.  No.  Alcohol is not appropriate in this environment, either inside the building or in the parking lot.

 


Q.  Do you have any weight limits?

A.  Yes.  250 pounds is the maximum on all pieces of equipment, however our new Climb 'N' Slide has a 200 pound weight limit. 

 


Q.  What other restrictions are there?

A.  The Climb 'N' Slide has a 3.5 foot height requirement.  Participants must be in good physical condition.  Also women who are pregnant may not play.
