About Us
Jump Man Jump celebrated their 7th year anniversary of operation in March 2010. Sandy Johnson started the business in March 2003, the first business of its kind in Nevada. Doug & Brucie Ingram purchased Jump Man Jump in August 2007. At the original location 335 Edison in Reno, they have enjoyed sensational success since taking over. When asked why they are so successful, Doug stated, “It is a combination of three things. First, our intensely loyal customer base. Secondly, our approach to outrageous customer service, and lastly parents love how our facility is clean, safe, & open, and they absolutely love our employees.” Their web site is chock full of information, including details for parties from the opulent to the budget-minded. For group events such as church youth groups, sports teams, & corporate events they can hold groups of up to 140. People come from all over, including Susanville, Minden/Gardnerville, Truckee/Lake Tahoe & Fernley/Fallon, so their draw is far & wide. Doug also added, “We hit our knees & thank God every day for the opportunity to touch the lives of people in our community. We are grateful every week for the customers who grace us with their presence.” Besides serving Special Needs kids, they also give discounts to service personnel such as military/police/fire (active or retired), and regularly donate parties to a number of organizations in the area.
